BHMedia provides tailored media and digital marketing solutions designed to elevate your brand. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Videography and photography (including scripting, filming, and editing)

• Graphic design and brand development

• Website creation and optimization

• Google Maps and web SEO services

• Social media management and content strategy

Specific deliverables and timelines will be defined in a separate agreement or project proposal.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution

• Cooperate in a timely and professional manner throughout the project

• Use our deliverables in compliance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines

• Refrain from reverse-engineering or redistributing any protected content

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined in your project agreement. Unless stated otherwise:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt

• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month

• BHMedia reserves the right to pause or withhold deliverables until outstanding balances are settled
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to materials created by BHMedia remain the sole property of BHMedia until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, you will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the finalized deliverables for the intended purpose only.

• Raw files and source content remain the property of BHMedia unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes:

• Business strategies

• Financial data

• Visual and creative concepts

• Any other information marked as confidential

7. Limitation of Liability

BHMedia is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services

• Loss of revenue or data due to the client’s misuse or misrepresentation of deliverables

• Delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, equipment failure, technical disruptions)

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 10 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date

• BHMedia will provide all finalized and paid-for work produced before the termination

  
  

9. Modifications

BHMedia reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
